AP (image 1) and internal rotation (image 2) radiograph of the proximal humerus shows widening of the lateral aspect of the proximal humerus physis (arrow) consistent with Little League shoulder. Little League shoulder is an overuse injury of the proximal humerus and treated as a Salter-Harris type I equivalent injury. AP (image 1) and a lateral (image 2) radiographs of the wrist in an adolescent gymnast with wrist pain shows widening of the physis of the distal radius (arrow). Gymnast wrist is a Salter-Harris type I injury of the distal radius physis. On imaging, it appears as widening and irregularity of the distal radius physis. There may be sclerosis of the radius metaphysis. Patients are treated with rest. #MSKMonday #MusculoskeletalMonday](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/5788730c-0d3f-443e-a3d2-2201ed8f53dd)
