35 years old male with these skin lesions since last 2 months

35 yrs old male patient, no co morbidities, presented with the above skin lesions since past 2 months. No h/0 fever, or any allergy. The lesions are painless with no itching. Initial lesions developed on face then on suprapubic region. No h/o any illicit relation. The differentials and line of treatment.

Lesion is sublingual to the right of the frenulum that appears cystic in nature with some erythema surrounding the base. Possibly a mucocele. Looking for input with Dx and Tx.

  4. 3 Yo boy with h/o skin rash since 6 months starting from legs and spreading allover the body sparing palm, sole and face, associated with itching. Mother complaints of yellow pus discharge after nail trauma. The lesion is heals with hyperpigmented spots without any improvement in pigmentation. Patient is Afebrile, slightly irritable due to itching. No significant f/h/o. Local examination shows few non healing ulcers. Any idea of what this could be? And how can this be managed.
