Extensive erythematous skin lesion on the left scapular region that spreads to the axillary and left anterior thoracic area. Presence of small vesicles, some coalescing forming tense blisters.
25-year-old female patient. She reports that 3 days ago she noticed the presence of these lesions. She complains of burning pain at the lesion.
She has no comorbidities. She said she is facing a situation of intense stress due to family problems.
A classic presentation of the disease.
What is the diagnosis?
