Case Overview

38 yr old gentleman with underlying epilepsy, involved in a motor vehicle accident (MVA). Not wearing helmet. Experienced loss of consciousness and retrograde amnesia. Regained consciousness in the ambulance. GCS on arrival was full, and vital signs were stable. CT of the brain showed no intracranial bleed. Referred to plastic surgery.
