Patient, who was a retired cardiologist, refused transport unless cardioverted on scene. So the doctor in charge decided for sedation and cardioversion. These are the post-CV ECGs, chest pain persisted, patient then accepted transport. He received amiodarone and was transported by ambulance to the nearest facility. While in the ER he crashed, i don't have details on the rhythm, and could not be resuscitated.
