Patient Case Overview

pt with severe plaque #Psoriasis. Thick ostraceous scale all over. Has been on Humira for 4 months. Is also taking lithium, which can exacerbate psoriasis. Also complains of joint pain, which is likely psoriatic arthritis. Stopped Humira today and began Stelara. Will update with progress.
