Case Details
21yoF with no past medical history, falls from bike, presents to ER with altered LOC. CT shows Acute Subdural hematoma. In Fig1 the dark area in the left frontal region is pre-existing encephalomalacea in which the hematoma has expanded. Pt taken to OR for craniotomy. Improved post op.
