Case Description
24 year old female with this hyperpigmented dark lesion in the right toe of more than 1 month duration. Not painful or any systemic symptoms. Alleged history of trauma in the same area. According to the patient, the lesion is still the same without any change in color. Any particular recommendation on how to treat it?

42 year old white female with subungual lesion (polarized/non-polarized dermoscopy) present for one month. Patient unsure of change as she normally has toe polish. She reports stubbing her toes often but doesn't recall specific injury.
Male patient presenting with 20 day old erythamatous painful lesion (not warty) above the cuticle. Patient admits to pressuring the proximal nail fold prior to this lesion in an attempt to evacuate what he thought was fluid accumulation under it. Patient not diabetic. Also patient admits there is bloody discharge sometimes.
Patient presents with a discoloration in toe. States middle toe hadn't had any trauma. Discoloration has been there for about 4 weeks. No history of melanoma.
