Patient Case Overview

36 y/o M with no PMH and never seen by a PCP presents with several years of intermittent palpitations and SOB at rest. Episodes last a few minutes and resolve. No known triggers. Patient hypertensive today at 165/98. Family history includes unknown arrhythmia in grandparent. Initial EKG as seen.

    PE wnl. ECG as above. Any concerns WPW or other short PR dz? Looks like unremarkable study to me. Prov dx of costochondritis.
