A 73-year old man, with history of non-treated prostate cancer, with suspected metastases on bone scintigraphy, but also suspected rheumatologic changes of the bones, developed this purple-red rash on his hands, arms and trunk. He also had fever up to 38,5*C for 10 days until current presentation. The laboratory analyses done in his visit to our hospital showed CRP ~150 with neutrophilic leukocytosis. The dermatologist gave provisional diagnoses of Erythema exudativum multiforme minor vs. Syndrome Sweet.
