Case Details

In this case, a 4mm lesion was found on the lateral tongue of a 48-year-old female with a history of alcohol abuse and a 15 pack year smoking history (currently smokes 5 cigarettes/month). What would your plan of action/diagnosis be? I will relay what the oral pathologist said shortly.
