64 y/o female with noted lesion to back of throat and uvula. Non-painful. No fever. Only additional complaint is dry cough and feeling constant need to clear mucus. Cough is worsened with attempts to eat or drink. Cough also leads to a sneeze. I'm thinking objective findings and subjective complaints are unrelated. Any thoughts?
