Case Summary
58 y/o WM s/p CABGx3 was brought to CVICU and Swann catheter was kinked in right ventricle. Adjustment caused him to flip into V-tach. ACLS initiated and this was captured on EKG. Scary stuff for someone 2 hours out of surgery. Pic 2 is updated EKG from yesterday.
