Early 30 y/o M. Arrived at EMS station with burn from pan grease fire. Pt initially was going to refuse treatment and transport POV to local ED with limited assets. Pt ultimately transported via EMS to burn center. 2nd photo is 12 hrs later. Healed beautiful and w/o loss of fxn.

pt c/o puritic lesion on dorsum side of hand. Lesion burned off with liquid nitrogen x2. This is 3wks of growth. Now pt c/o pain and itching. Dx? Tx? Removal and biopsy scheduled for the AM.
PT got bit in the face by a dog, PT had no respiratory compromise. The PT nose was unable to be reattached. He was transported to another hospital where they skin grafted from his forehead to his nose. Sorry I do not have any after photos.
Pt is a 19yo female. Burn from around 24hrs ago. What would be the best course of action in both the prehospital and hospital setting. Would a skin graph be advised?
