this is a 32M with a 13year history of recurrent boils on his right leg. Eventually developed draining sinuses and an abscess on the posterior aspect. He underwent I&D last year and was given several antibiotics over the next few months. Several open wounds would close but new ones will often appear. A trial of TB medications has also been given with no relief.
