1YOM, rash x7/7 worsening despite amoxicillin X 3/7. Dx as #Hand-foot-and-mouth-disease but no lesions on feet or palms. Face, sparing cheeks, lots of lesions in mouth Known eczema otherwise well. Fever 38, other vitals stable. Poor PO intake but improved in ER and settled with analgesia. Working dx #Eczema-herpeticum adding antiviral, topical fucidin and continuing amox. Other dx or Rx?

8 year old female patient that presents papule and vesicular lesiones on palms, feet and hard palate. 15 dias evolution. Patient does not refer pain, itching or any discomfort of lesiones but a slight fever no other symptoms or clinical signs of importance. Feet, hand and mouth sindrome...cocksackie. What do you guys think? What other clinical impresions do you guys have in mind? Apart from symptomatic treatment what else can be done??
