58 yof with severe ARDS secondary to Influenza A and Pseudomonas. APRV ventilation tried as well as proning with little success. iNO added. ECMO considered but declined by CTS due to length of ventilator time.

This is a non-invasive ventilator. This is the 1st one I've seen. Had to transport a pt with his personal one. Did not have to use it. He was kind enough to let me take a pic of it. Has anyone used these before and how effective are they? How do they differ from C-PAP?
