A case of Fournier's Gangrene post debridement. Debridement was done in the intensive care unit itself as patient was not fit for any anesthesia, unfortunately, due to overwhelming septicemia, he didn't make it. Note how extensive the debridement is and the testes are bared (a dictum in Fournier's Debridement)

Fournier in 87 years men with diabetes.
Fourniers gangrene with extension to medial thigh. Sharp debridement exposing testicles and corpus cavernosum. After source control was obtained and all necrotic tissue was debrided via multiple ORs, the patient underwent orchiopexy with conversion to local wound care for residual defect. Ultimately the patient followed in clinic and underwent split thickness skin grafting.
Just debrided Fournier's gangrene. The gangrene develops in a non-diabetic male aged 35 years following a haemorrhoidectomy (probably a not so well done job)
