Fournier's gangrene in a patient with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus

Came to the ER complaining of Scrotum Edema and bad Smell. It had a fruity smell - highly suggestive of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Urology and General Surgery were called and the patient is being prepared for surgery - a very very very complicated one.
