Clinical scenario: a female in her mid-sixties, BMI-31, with a history of insulin-dependent diabetes, hypertension, thymectomy for MG, lobectomy for lung cancer, lumpectomy and current chemotherapy for breast cancer presents with an acute abdomen, experiencing nausea, vomiting, and unrelenting abdominal pain after eating.

  1. What would you do to manage and care for this patient?
