25 yrs old pt came with c/o pain in right ear on back side with lesion. No h/o itching or irritating and pt diagnosed to have #Fungal-infection. The pt treated with #Antifungal agent #Miconazole nitrate gel. Is there any other treatment?

Pt is a 28 y/o F that came to er for c/o tongue pain that has gotten worse over last several months. Pt states that it is usually worse on that right side. Pt has had poor dentation since having her 3rd child. has been treated with nystatin swish and magic mouthwash with no improvement. Im not sure if it might be due to the problems with pts teeth or maybe geographic tongue. Any ideas???
