14-year-old boy with a missing #21 (#9). A supernumerary tooth interfering with its eruption. Idea was to surgically expose the area, remove the supernumerary and bring out the central incisor with traction. Upon surgical opening, the supernumerary was extracted. It was a fused tooth with another supernumerary that was not evident clinically or radiographically. More info in comments.
