A skin lesion detected during routine skin check on the shoulder of a middle aged woman. It has a lot of features to suggest #basal cell carcinoma #BCC. She admitted that it was treated by a GP using cryotherapy a year ago and it grew back again. I took a shave biopsy that proved histological diagnosis (did not mention of subtype) and she is booked to have excision in coming weeks. #dermoscope

Case 1

75 years old, female. She presents this erythema in the anterior area of the legs. She denies pain in the area. There is no temperature alteration in the affected skin. Patient has varicose veins and uses Venaflon 2X per day. What is the likely diagnosis?

Case 2

This is a patient that came to dermatology clinic with chronic hyper pigmentation to bilateral arms - top and bottom of elbow. This started after her second child birth. Every time she exposes her skin to sun, she notices the raised patches of itchy skin. She states that it initially feels like, “a bug under her skin”. When the area heals, hyperpigmentation forms. This doesn’t happen if she heads out during late evening when the UV rays are not intense. Any thoughts?

Case 3

49 yo F. She had a #biopsy recently. She never protected her skin from the sun. What's the diagnostic?

Case 4

Female patient, 53 years old. She has this skin lesion for a long time. A few months ago she noticed alterations in size and physical characteristics. Was it a keratosis or something more serious?
