56 y/o female found unresponsive. Large hemorrhage originating from right basal ganglia. Hemorrhage ruptures into the ventricular system with associated transfalcine herniation of 1.1 cm and right uncal herniation.

Pt with intraparenchymal hemorrhage (basal ganglia) and a subdural hematoma (secondary to thrombosis of the superior sagittal sinus)
