A patient admitted for pleural effusion. Noted frequent intermittent self-aborted #Tachyarrhythmias . It's looks like running of #Supraventricular-tachycardia from the bedside monitor. However, after changing the monitoring lead to V1, it reveals as #Atrial-flutter according to the physician incaharge. IV #Amiodarone given. 12 leads ECG #Electrocardiogram done. Wasn't sure if it is an #Atrial-flutter with 2:1 AV conduction or a SVT. Any advise?
