Fem 57a, diabetic and hypertensive, in hemodialysis. 7 months ago during implantation of a bilumen catheter in the femoral vein, arteriovenous communication between vein and left femoral artery is developed. Separation of the fistulized vascular elements, lateral raffia of the defect in vein and T-T anastomosis in the artery is performed. #AVF #hemodialisis
