5yo male with recurrent burning rash: 5 yo M with history of urticaria presents with 2 months of different rash: Mom states: "..it's on the chest, thighs, stomach, and arms - Skin is very flaky. Doesn't itch like his urticaria - it burns instead. Lasts for several days improving with topical steroids before returning several weeks later".
Awakes with rash after periods: Awakes with this rash periodically on thighs. Any idea what it may be?
60 years old female with recurring urticaria: Known atopic with recurring urticaria for the last 20 years, also diabetic since 2013, presented with facial erythema that extended down to involve the whole chest wall down to the level of the umbilicus strictly well defined for the last 3 months. She received a lot of steroids topical and systemic with no benefit; her condition tends to wane and flare but never cure.
27 yo F with 7d hx of pruritic rash: 27 yo F with 7d hx of worsening mildly pruritic rash primarily on the chest/trunk region. No new soaps, lotions, detergents, etc. Indoor cat at home. Others in home unaffected. PMH eczema.

52-year-old man with chest pain: Presented with a 20-minute history of chest pain radiating to the left shoulder and neck, associated with dyspnea and diaphoresis. History of hypertension, long-term smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle noted.
28-year-old woman with intense pruritus: Presented with a 3-day history of intense pruritus over the lower back. No recent travel or exposure to new environments. Cares for approximately eight dogs. Physical examination revealed multiple small vesicles.
4-month-old male infant with chin lesions: Presented with skin lesions localized to the chin for the past 3 days. Physical examination revealed multiple small pustules with surrounding inflammatory signs on the chin.
Patient in late teens after collapse: Presenting after a collapse, with no chest pain or previous cardiac history, querying any features in the ECG that would warrant further work-up.
