Single bukkie overturned and patients were sitting on the back of the bukkie when it hit the side of a bridge causing vehicle to roll multiple times before coming to a stop. On arrival multiple patients on scene. Patient treated and transported to hospital.

Would you be concerned about cardiac tamponade in this patient?Trauma Surgery: 32-year-old male patient victim of a motorcycle accident. Patient GCS 15. Pelvis clear, chest clear. Trauma surgeon took to OR immediately.
Unresponsive Patient: Squad called for unresponsive patient. Patient was intubated en route to the hospital but woke after administration of Narcan.
