Partial amputation of second finger of left hand. Happened as the trailer door's metallic cable snapped and caught this poor man's hand, causing his finger to be snapped.

Surgeon said reattaching wouldn't take due to it being a loss of fatty tissue and skin. No bone damage. Gave IV antibiotics and bandaged his hand.
