Marked spondylo degenerative changes evidenced by exuberant marginal osteophytes & subchondral sclerosis of opposing vertebral end plates marked at 14-15 level with syndesmophyte formation.

Diffuse narrowing of disc spaces.

Pseudo arthrosis of spinous process of L4 & L5 (Baastrup disease).

Multilevel disc lesions marked at L4/5 & L5/S1 showing diffuse disc herniation.

Diffuse osteopenia.

Hyperlordotic curvature.
