pt presents with yellow ooze from #Scalp. Previous Dx of #Seborrheic-dermatitis presented as thick scaly flakes and Rx #Ciclopirox shampoo as needed. Pt states flare up of ooze same time last year. Odd allergic reaction to changing seasons? Pt states is very itchy and can feel trickling. Matts hair. Dx?

30 yoF with pruritic rash present for a few months. Has tried Head & Shoulders without success. No other skin or nail findings. Family hx negative for any skin conditions. It looked like psoriasis to me, so I treated with Valisone scalp lotion, but wanted to see what others thought.

A Paediatric, 1yr 6months female presents with multiple keloidal papules, appearing on the trunk, thighs and face, lasting 11months. It appeared first on the thigh (3rd pics, arrow) but resolved without treatment few weeks later leaving scars behind. Parent reported no itching or pain associated.

40 yo w/f presents with sores/scabs on scalp. Spots present >2 mos and new ones appearing recently. Denies itch but states its sore, throbs and burns when water touches it. No relief from dandruff shampoo and doesn't color hair.

Pt 89+ years old male. C/O hardened skin and color change on the circled area for years. Macerated on interdigital web space. He has been using tea tree ointment in between toes. Is it chronic tinea pedis?
