76 yo female. Three week history of these lesions. Started as acneiform papules that evolved into blisters one week ago. Very itchy at times but not currently. Only on the legs. Thoughts on a ddx?

60yoM Uti symptoms and rash yesterday, ua slight blood, strep positive, home with #Amoxicillin, back today rash worse and spreading, esp in groin (pic) no other area has vesicles. Sent to derm- any guesses?

74 year old male itchy blisters and rashes.

update. 4 punch biopsies later, (one neg direct Immunofluorescence), all consistent with intra epidermal blisters, spongiotic derm with eos & lymphs (no neutrophils), mainly superficial . Ddx includes 1) rare/genetic blistering dermatosis, 2) atypical bullous pemphigoid/PV, 3) arthropod bite or drug eruption. All former listed ruled out in favor of drug rxn. Pt disclosed thyroid meds were switched (different brand and dose) prior to eruption. Meds switched - rash apparently resolving with PIH. Thx jplonza and nebushwalker!

54 yo m presents to the er with complains of blisters on the left leg. This is currently unilateral, however the patient states he has history of same pathology bilaterally always on the limbs. Denies scarring. No definitive diagnosis was previously attained and no other pertinent medical history . Biopsy pending but I am 99% confident of result - thoughts?
