Recurrent onset tongue lesions in young female
24 years old female, without past history of disease or medications, immunity normal, only complaint is these recurrent lesions on tongue, other parts of mouth and throat are normal. Your diagnosis and what can do for dx and rx.

27 year old male with no PMHx. Burning sensation of tongue for past 2 weeks, minimal in the mornings then gets worse as day goes on. He takes no medications. Exam of tongue and mouth normal.
Link to case65 year old male referred for endoscopy. Painless lesion he's had "for a long time" noted during consult. Otherwise healthy, smoker. No palpable nodes to head/neck. Oral mucosa otherwise normal.
