~50y F no significant PMH, presents with itchy, slightly tender thumb. Symptoms present for 1.5 years. Nail had previously completely fallen off, and has since regrown. Previously seen by Dermatology, pt was told it was not #Onychomycosis or #Bacterial-infections.
