Patient Case: Red rash. Patient stated that he has had it for about 40 years but in the past 10 years it has gotten worse. Rash migrated from lower back to middle of back and is causing the patient more pain and discomfort also in the past about 5 years. I'm at a loss as for what it is, please help if you can!
