Lesion on lower leg. Photo on left when first appeared approx 2cm. Photo on right 1 year later approx 5-6cm. Patient has tried amoxicillin, 3 topical ointments and several oils. Any ideas for treatment???

Unknown rash of approx. 3 weeks one on knee and the more diffuse rash in other image is on both elbows. Not overly itchy.

Approx. 50yo female tripped and fell, landing on her right elbow. Patient was seen in the emergency department and referred for orthopedic evaluation of proximal olecranon and radial head fractures. Patient underwent open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) of proximal olecranon fracture and radial head injury was treated conservatively.

This is a photo I presented quite a while ago. This patient continues to display symptoms that are a little out of the ordinary. If you recall, this is posterior calf after approx 20 min sun exposure. Only on pain meds, thyroid hormones for hypothyroidism and multivitamins. No bug or plant toxins.

\n Nursing students! Why are we concerned with the ingestion of these beans? Early 30's female chewed approx 20 castor oil beans with the intention of suicide, arrived in ED approx 8 hours after ingestion with severe nausea/vomiting/diarrhea. Emesis is bright green and pure liquid. PMH manic depressive bipolar, depression/anxiety. No current medications. Treatment plan: admit to ICU for close observation for 24-48 hours with psychiatric consult and probable admission to psychiatric unit for medication management.
