Case Summary
37 year old patient. Was diagnosed with auto-immune hepatitis in the past but now liver enzymes are normal. Patient now perfectly healthy with no diabetes mellitus, not hypertensive. Complaining of yellowish-greenish (more green than yellow) discoloration of nails and also horizontal ridges on some nails as seen in the pictures above. Are these beau lines with #Onychomycosis / #pseudomonas infection?
