50 yo M in for a routine Physical examination, presented with a violaceous lacey rash on his lumbar area. He complains for frequent back pain and stiffness, but is otherwise healthy. 60lb intentional weight loss recently, following advice to do so. He had gained a lot of weight from his chronic antipsychotic medications for his schizophrenia.

Hi. I just want to ask for your opinion regarding these plates. Patient is has been experiencing chronic back pain at his lumbo-sacral region for more than a year now. He's not taking any pain medication. He said the pain is triggered by prolonged standing and frequent leaning forward. He said he fell from a ladder while reaching a fruit from a tree. 58yom was unaware of this lesion on his back. I found it during routine examination. About 9.5 mm in diameter. Since he leaves for his home country the day after being seen there was no opportunity for biopsy. Would you just follow up, arrange for biopsy, freeze or something else?
