### Case Overview

Fracture of the distal humerus associated with a coronoid fracture. The reduction of the coronoid fracture is done through the olecranon osteotomy and is fixed with Herbert-type screws. Fixing distal humerus with parallel plates and osteotomy with blocked plate.
