60 year old female patient presents with brown discolored patches on both palms for about 3 months. The lesion is soft but there is some atrophy in the center of the lesion on the left hand. There is moderate to severe itching. I think about atrophic type lichen planus. Tinea Nigra!? What is your opinion, please?
