56 YOM with PMHx CAD and PCI 7 years prior. C/O substernal chest pressure and tightness upon waking, called EMS. EKG on scene showed inferior ST elevation. ED called immediately and STEMI page activated. Pt bypassed ED and brought straight to Cath Lab. Coronary images showed an occluded circumflex artery. Previous LAD stents widely patent. Occlusion was treated with a drug-eluting stent.

\ Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
