Pt brought into jail where I work. Seen biting pieces of own flash off his arm. Patient then rips out their own teeth with only their fingers. He was taken to the ER, drug tox screen is negative and discharged back to jail same day. They were unable to implant the teeth as too much time had passed and the patient was still pychotic. Patient suspected of being high on bath salts or PCP. Patient later denied all drug use.

Patient fell own height. Limited ROM at Right shoulder.

22 y/o M former jail guard with 6 months of Pruritic and scaly rash which he stares began after splashed with water in a jail cell. Patient states that the rash has gotten worse and he has completed three antibiotic’s including doxycycline, TMPSMX, Keflex. Rash is located on legs for arms lower abdomen and pelvis. Patient also has small blisters on fingers. Thoughts?

Inmate comes into jail with untreated #Basal-cell-carcinoma x 6+ months. Pt couldn’t afford treatment. Jail is referring to dermatology.
