Suspected spider bite turned infectious. Started out as picture 3, developed to picture 4 and now at pic 1+2. Suspected cytotoxic bite 10 days ago (maybe sac spider?), open wound came 5 days ago. Fever for a couple of days but no longer. Treating with: Amoxicillin / clavulanic acid, Ibuprofen + Paracetamol and codeine as p.n., drainage twice daily incl. wash w. Chlorhexidine. Was previously also given Prednisolone and Cetirizine for the swelling. Anything we should change/add/watch out for?
