Ulcerations of the right breast

A 53-year-old female patient with no significant medical history presents with a firm, fixed mass in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast, evolving over one year. Initially painless and adherent to deep structures, the lesion has progressively ulcerated over the past two months, developing necrotic features with irregular, raised borders. Clinical examination reveals no palpable axillary lymphadenopathy or systemic impairment (no asthenia, weight loss, or febrile syndrome).
