32y male with history of Crohn disease treated for 2 years with anti-TNF therapy. Last 3 months feels uncomfortable during defecation, had anal itching and mild pain. The examination revealed erosions, skin tags (blue arrow) around anus (red narrow). We characterized these findings as perianal disease as manifestation of Crohn disease.
