Axial contrast enhanced CT from a CT enterography shows a high density pill stuck in an abnormal segment of bowel. The abnormal segment has wall thickening, mural stratification, engorged vasa recta, and stranding of adjacent fat. The findings are typical of a stricture in the setting of Crohn disease. #TummyTuesday
