Child, female, 11 years old.
She has reported constant swelling and spots on her body for 6 months and has only been itching for 21 days. And lose weight steady home.

The examinations performed show

She has already had a medical consultation with a pediatrician, rheumatologist, endocrinologist and dermatologist. They are unable to proceed with the case, nor do they even know which other specialist to indicate.

30 years old female patient non diabetic non hypertensive, presented to ER with worsening dysopnea and productive cough. She reports that the problem has been ongoing for the last 6 months.
