Case Details

• Cystadenoma
• F20.1 female 25 yo come to gynecology depart. with huge tummy. Non cooperative patient doesn't complain any problem except huge tummy. Blood test in normal condition (hb 11.3 g/dL; L 5.800 uL; T 139.000 uL; creatinine 0.7 mg/dL; ALT 20 u/L; AST 7 u/L)
• Pathology of the mass from abdominal mass case. This is a cross section of the wall of the mass. The purple cells are ciliated simple columnar cells. No papillae or invasion seen. Abdominal wash was negative for any malignant cells. The mass that was drained contained 8L of clear fluid. Ddx?
• Ovary serous cystadenoma. Orange arrow shows remnant of ovary. Blue arrow shows fimbriated end of Fallopian tube.
