You can view up to 4 cases without signing up as part of a regional trauma conference yesterday, we (a voluntary ambulance service) worked in conjunction with the police, fire service and critical care paramedics to demonstrate scene and casualty management at a simulated 5-car pile up with 13 casualties ranging in severity. There were several time-outs for students and delegates to enter the scene and question emergency staff on their management and next steps. It was also great practice for the emergency services personnel! How often do you get to use casualty simulation to hone your skills (either pre-hospitally or in hospital)?
