Pt who was admitted for CP w positive TROP and only ekg changes peaked t waves, LHC with stent x2 to RCA and stent x2 to OM. Recathed twice for re-occlusion with 3rd OM stent placed during 2nd cath. Placed on heparin gtt, CABG referral, waiting for Brilinta washout for CABG. Currently on cath lab table for 4th time after c/o 5/10 chest pressure and new STE seen on monitor.
